{ high class exercising. }

Whoever said exercise isn't suppose to be fun obviously has never had the pleasure of exercising with the Kurth girls as their trainers.

A few weeks ago I started a new series of workout DVD's. In the past I have done Jillian Micheal's Shred,  P90X, roller-bladed 10 miles a day all summer long, played volleyball, softball ran track, you name it I've done it. Nothing I've ever done is as challenging as the set I am doing now.

It's tough. But with the help of the girls I should have no problem. Right?

As my arms and legs shake from exhaustion I have Kinzley keeping me fueled in food.

She stands next to me happily chewing on homemade girl scout cookies we had made other day.

As sweet as can be she tells me how delicious they are and ask me if I'd like one. :)

In that same workout, as I am holding myself in plank then doing dips for what seems like an eternity, Kenna kneels down beside me, places a hand on my bum and proceeds to push me back down everytime I manage to get back up. She is very encouraging telling me, "You got it mom!" and then, "You know the people on the TV aren't laying down?"

Ya well, clearly they have much more endurance than I do, but thanks for letting me know Kenna girl.

Not to much longer Kenna decides she needs a break from her personal training and I see her sitting on the step stool in the kitchen eating a cup of blue jello. I look over at her to hear, "What? I need a break, I'm getting sore!"

Last night I had forgotten my water and asked Kenna to go get me a glass so I didn't have to get off the treadmill.

She did alright.

No water bottle for me! No sir re, I'm high class when I'm working out. ;)

I think the workouts would be easier if I wasn't stopping to laugh all the time!
